The rooms could use an update, and the tea was rationed with only two UHT milk cartons. The service was exceptional, with staff going the extra mile and being super friendly and polite. The location was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Mandy. The dining experience was good, albeit a bit stretched on Sunday mornings. The hotel had good facilities overall.
